Products and Compatible Structures
Elastic supports and cushioning solutions for small motors, pump housings, and electronic devices, including perforated cylindrical pads, ring-shaped pads, and positioning feet. Compared to thin, self-adhesive anti-slip pads, special attention should be paid to load-bearing capacity, installation constraints, and compression deformation.
Drawings and Key Considerations for Model Selection
- Single-Point Load, Number of Support Points, Center of Gravity of the Equipment, and Allowable Compression
- Mounting holes, screws, or plug-in installation—determine whether a anti-loosening mechanism is required
- Vibration frequency, start-up and shutdown shocks, ambient temperature, and the medium in contact
- Comparative Testing of Displacement, Permanent Deformation, Noise, and Vibration After Assembly
Issues That Need to Be Confirmed in Advance
Hardness values alone cannot guarantee vibration isolation performance; verification must be conducted in conjunction with load, structure, and actual vibration frequencies, and no specific noise reduction ratio is predetermined.
From Prototyping to Acceptance
- Submit assembly drawings, samples, and quantities, and specify materials, dimensions, and acceptance criteria.
- Verify the structure and operating conditions; discuss the mold and test specimen arrangements
- After the samples have passed dimensional, assembly, and agreed-upon performance tests, the conditions for mass production will be confirmed.
