Products and Applications
Consultation and customization evaluation for silicone components used in medical devices. It is necessary to first clarify the contact areas, contact duration, cleaning or sterilization methods, and applicable regulations; specific rubber compounds and product compliance documentation must be verified on a project-by-project basis.
Key Points for Customization Review
- Check the fit of the assembly against the drawing or sample
- Evaluating Materials and Packaging Based on Their Intended Use
- Requirements for testing, cleaning, or sterilization validation must be confirmed before prototyping.
Applicable Structural Orientations
- Medical Device Components
- Health monitoring equipment
- Rehabilitation Care Equipment
- Medical electronic devices
List of Materials for Request for Quotation
- 2D/3D drawings or samples and their versions, with key dimensions and tolerances specified
- Operating temperature, contact media, hardness, and color requirements
- Assembly Method, Acceptance Criteria, Prototype and Production Quantities, Target Delivery Date
Photos of the customer's original sample parts
The photos retain the original appearance of the customer's sample; only the size has been reduced and the format converted. The structures shown in the photos are for communication purposes only; specific models, dimensions, and materials are subject to confirmation in the project documentation.

Submit drawings and confirm the customization plan
Please provide the intended use, assembly drawings or samples, key dimensions, material requirements, quantity, and target delivery date. Tooling costs, minimum order quantity, and delivery time will be confirmed following a review.
Product Selection and Sample Acceptance
- Critical dimensions, tolerances, mounting positions, and appearance requirements must be clearly specified in the drawings.
- Evaluate materials based on actual temperature, medium, and stress conditions; the scope of testing will be confirmed prior to prototyping.
Production specifications, performance, and delivery terms shall be governed by the drawings, samples, and inspection requirements confirmed by both parties.
